Hello:
Thank you for agreeing to participate in our study. Based on the responses you gave during the phone screening, you have been selected to be part of a Grocery Shopper Panel.
As a member of this panel, you will receive approximately five invitations over the next 6 months to come into our facility and pick up a variety of products to prepare at home. After each product preparation, you will be required to log on to a website from home with a link that we will provide you and complete a short survey. It will take approximately 5-10 minutes each time to complete the questionnaire. You do not need to return to the facility until your next set of products is ready for pick up!
Upon completion of the surveys as instructed for each set of products, you will be paid $20. If you complete all of the surveys we invite you to participate in, you will receive an additional $10 bonus incentive!
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
